SWT STUDENTS: Don’t Forget Form W-2 (Wage and Tax Statement)!
Before your last day at work, make sure that you give your contact information (address, email, telephone, etc.) to your employer so they can mail you your W-2 Form for tax purposes.
Your employer is required by law to send you a W-2 Form by the beginning of 2018.
This form summarizes your earnings and taxes withheld from you the previous year.
